Time for new adventures
Yesterday was my last day working at TELUS, after almost 11 years. As much as it is high time to move on it was also a tough decision for me. The past 6+ years were with a lot of the same folks in a fabulous web team. So it was an emotional day, like leaving my second family.
But I’m very excited about my new adventures! I’m expanding my role with Bluelime Media. Christine Rondeau is a terrific person to work with and we share the same passion for making great websites that above all make sense for their purpose and their audience. Since I’ll also continue some of my independent freelancing, I should have an abundance of variety! 
I’m also looking forward to settling into life on the Sunshine Coast more. I’ve been spending enough time commuting that I haven’t established much of a network here, haven’t tried any of the yoga classes, and haven’t settled into our house properly. Now we can pick up the pace a bit on the planning for renos and decorating. In between the walks on the beach, of course…

I miss you already Tzodzilla however I am also very happy for you. Especially since you will be working with Christine. Say, isn’t Christine one of my neighbours? I think that she lives across the alley from me.

Aww, shucks.
I don’t know where you live other than “downtown”.
They are indeed. They are definitely coast dogs now, they like to hunt for shellfish and seagulls on the beach. They have much better luck with the shellfish
